Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms
By entering our portal, submitting design briefs, creating an account with our Academy, downloading PCB layout files, or ordering fabrication prototypes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these operational guidelines, please discontinue using CircuitBEES services.
1. User Accounts and Platform Security
To order physical boards or enroll in advanced courses, you may be required to register for a unique dashboard account. You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials (usernames, API keys, and session cookies):
- You must provide authentic, updated, and complete company or personal profile records.
- You must immediately notify CircuitBEES of any unauthorized design file access or security leaks on your client portal.
- We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that engage in fraudulent billing, file system tampering, or malicious overloading of our simulation servers.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
At CircuitBEES, we strictly respect intellectual property boundaries.
- Your Intellectual Property (Client IP): You preserve 100% ownership of any ECAD layout directories, Gerber files, schematics, component parameters, and custom firmware binaries uploaded to our platform. We only retain temporary access rights required to execute your design checks, SMT placement planning, and physical prototype fabrication.
- CircuitBEES Intellectual Property (Our IP): All site layouts, responsive graphics, custom interactive simulators, CAD design libraries, instructional courses, proprietary telemetry designs, source codes, and trademarks are the exclusive property of CircuitBEES. You are granted a limited, personal, non-assignable license to navigate our learning portals.
3. Acceptable Platform Conduct
While interacting with our servers or interactive laboratory bays, you are strictly forbidden from:
- Uploading malicious firmware binaries, Trojans, or files containing logic bombs.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal the algorithms running our high-speed signal integrity simulators or web emulators.
- Scraping or harvesting catalog datasets, component pricing structures, or learning curriculum files for redistribution.
- Impersonating professional engineers, certification agencies, or regulatory inspectors on our forums.
4. Orders, Sourcing, and Fabrication Billing
When ordering prototypes, short-run PCB assemblies, or educational training kits:
- Pricing and Bill of Materials: Sourcing estimates are generated dynamically based on active distributor markets. We reserve the right to re-quote custom BOM charges if supply-chain fluctuations render a specific microcontroller or chip unavailable at original prices.
- Cancellations & Revisions: Once SMT stencil lasers are cut or fabrication tooling has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or fully refunded. Design changes requested post-tooling may incur extra laboratory fees.
- Shipping & Freight: Delivery dates are estimations and are subject to custom clearings or global transit issues. All physical parts risk passes to the buyer upon handoff to international couriers.
5. Account Suspension and Service Termination
We may suspend or discontinue your access to our dashboard or educational Academy without prior warning if we discover a material violation of these operating terms. Upon termination, your right to receive interactive course certification or live engineering consultations ends immediately, though your client IP ownership remains fully protected.
6. Governing Jurisdiction and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our corporate entity is headquartered, without giving effect to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal actions, arbitrations, or disputes stemming from your use of CircuitBEES engineering systems must be filed in our local state or federal courts.
7. Absolute Limits of Indemnification
In no circumstances shall CircuitBEES, its officers, or its laboratory partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of business, data deletion, prototype scrap, or silicon procurement expenses) arising from your interactions with our engineering platforms, simulators, or physical PCBs.
