Our Commitment to Your Privacy
At CircuitBEES, we recognize that your proprietary engineering blueprints, schematic captures, firmware code, and intellectual properties are your most valuable assets. We enforce industry-leading security structures to prevent disclosure or unauthorized access of any technical, personal, or educational information processed on our platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you when you interface with our services, complete design questionnaires, submit schematic/BOM files for prototyping, register for our Academy, or purchase training kits. This is categorized as:
- Identity & Contact Data: Name, professional title, corporate affiliation, physical shipping address, telephone number, and email.
- Technical Project Data: ECAD schematics, CAD design directories, Gerber fabrication packages, Bill of Materials (BOM) datasets, and active firmware files.
- Academic Records: Student enrollment states, academy course progression, exam certifications, and interactive programming submissions on our hardware emulators.
- Usage & Diagnostic Information: IP address, browser footprint, network latencies, and interaction maps gathered via performance tracking tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
CircuitBEES uses collected datasets to provide state-of-the-art engineering execution, educational certification, and professional services:
- To Execute Engineering Audits: Running signal integrity simulation algorithms, thermal analysis profiles, and manufacturing checks on your custom PCB layout files.
- To Ship Physical Hardware: Procuring parts from global distributors, configuring pick-and-place lines, and exporting fully populated PCBA units to your specified target destination.
- To Facilitate Academy Operations: Providing custom interactive coding IDEs, progress metrics, and live mentor diagnostics for our online courses.
- To Ensure Operational Integrity: Monitoring site health, neutralizing potential cybersecurity threats, and verifying API usage limits.
3. Confidentiality and NDA Safeguards
We handle your intellectual property with maximum care. Unlike standard software services, CircuitBEES operates under strict hardware-engineering standards:
“Any Gerber file, schematic capture, component list, or firmware binary uploaded to the CircuitBEES dashboard is automatically classified as highly confidential. These assets are only accessible to certified in-house hardware engineers assigned to your build, and are subjected to complete separation from third-party networks.”
We gladly execute standard bilateral or unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to formal engineering briefs. All data storage blocks for technical assets utilize advanced hardware encryption protocols.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Rights
Under European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), visitors and clients enjoy specific data sovereignty controls:
- Right to Review: Review the precise personal records we preserve regarding your accounts.
- Right to Rectify: Correct any outdated contact points or invalid billing configurations.
- Right to Erasure: Request absolute deletion of personal accounts and past interaction logs.
- Right to Portability: Export all structural data, completed academy certificates, and project histories in structured JSON format.
To assert any data privacy rights, please reach out directly to our Security officer at circuitbees@gmail.com.
5. Security Architecture Standards
We apply comprehensive physical, administrative, and technological defense parameters:
- SSL/TLS 1.3 payload encryption across all client/server data handshakes.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) mandates for all engineering laboratory workstations.
- Isolated server hubs for the storage of sensitive intellectual design datasets (CAD, BOM, and firmwares).
- Periodic network vulnerability scanning and firmware pen-testing cycles.
6. Cookies and Tracking Mechanisms
CircuitBEES uses session cookies, localized cache objects, and security tokens to recognize logged-in states, remember layout preference grids, and collect platform telemetry. You may disable cookies in your browser panel, though certain CAD review views or interactive console dashboards may degrade in responsiveness as a result.
7. Policies and Regulatory Revisions
We periodically adjust this Privacy Policy to mirror amendments in engineering standards, physical laboratory expansion, or international data protection laws. Any updates are accompanied by a direct notification banner on the client portal.
